When starting a new training program learn the difference between pathological pain and training pain. I don’t believe in no pain no gain- if it hurts….stop! Evaluate your form, drop the weight, decrease the set or modify the exercise.
Focus on form, mind to muscle connection. Initially try to keep exercises simple but enjoyable
Train in a manner that is sustainable, promotes orthopaedic and systemic health and creates lifelong habits that will continue to drive and motivate you.
